OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated July 10, 2013, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land valued at $27,000 that is located at Upper Tantallon, Halifax County, Nova Scotia, by gift from St Margaret's Square Ltd., its respective trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns subject to the condition that St. Margaret's Square Ltd., its respective trustees, administrators and approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice, which land is identified as a portion of PID 40057432 and outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule "A", which is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) pay such legal, appraisal, survey or other costs incurred by the Minister with respect to the acquisition of this land; and (

c) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
