OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated March 25, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 113 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crop and Livestock Insurance Act , is pleased to approve amendments made by the Nova Scotia Crop and Livestock Insurance Commission to the Crop insurance Plan for Soybeans , N.S. Reg. 51/2003, made by the Commission and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2003-89 dated March 14, 2003, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 14, 2015.
