OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 30, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 82 of
Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2011, the Pharmacy Act , is pleased to approve an amendment to the Registration, Licensing and Professional Accountability Regulations , N.S. Reg. 252/2013, made by the Council of the Nova Scotia College of Pharmacists and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2013-237 dated July 9, 2013, in the manner set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 27, 2021.
