PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA ORDER OF THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL Order in Council No. 521 • , Approved and Ordered APR - 4 mutenant ovemor Member of the Executive Council Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned. the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Minister Responsible for Rural Development is charged with the administation of the Open Learning Agency Act and provisions that in previous orders charged another member of the Executive Council with responsibility for the Open Learning Agency Act are rescinded, (

b) responsibility for the open school program is not transferred under paragraph (a), and (

c) the unexpended balance of money and other resources authorized for the administration of the Open Learning Agency Act, except in relation to the open school program, may be expended by or through the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries and Minister Responsible for Rural Development and Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries.
