The board of the Oil and Gas Commission orders that, effective November 1, 2018, the Drilling and Production Regulation, B.C. Reg. 282/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 34 (6) of the Drilling and Production Regulation, B.C. Reg. 282/2010, is amended by striking out “ bottom-hole sample ” and substituting “ bottom hole sample ”.

Section 38 (2) is amended by striking out “ must keep ” and substituting “ must keep, ” and by striking out “ 72 months ” and substituting “ 72 months, ”.

Section 39 (6) (a) (iii) is amended by striking out “ bottom-hole pressure ” and substituting “ bottom hole pressure ”.

Section 43 (4) is repealed and the following substituted:

(4) When gas is flared at a well, the permit holder with respect to the well must

report the quantity of gas flared to the commission no later than 20 days after the

end of the month in which the flaring occurred.

Section 72 (2) is amended by striking out “ 25 days ” and substituting “ 20 days ”.

Section 75 is amended by striking out “ 25 days ” and substituting “ 20 days ”.
