Order in Council 1039/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS Kevin Eshkawkogan of Little Current, who was appointed by O.C. 1009/2023 as a member of the Board of Governors of Laurentian University of Sudbury, has resigned his position;

Now Therefore, pursuant to clause 13(

b) of The Laurentian University of Sudbury Act, 1960 , Order in Council 1009/2023 be revoked.
