On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

as a part-time member of the Trillium Gift of Life Network under the Trillium Gift of Life Network Act, be revoked effective January 16, 2017.
