OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 14, 1998, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 348 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Police Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Paul D. Gates of New Minas, Kings County as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Commission for a further term of office of three years commencing June 3, 1998; and (
b) reappoint Denise Mentis-Smith of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Commission for a further term of office of three years commencing June 24, 1998.
