Order in Council 1698/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 37(2) of the Provincial Animal Welfare Services Act, 2019 , Paul Stopciati of Sudbury be reappointed as part-time member of the Animal Care Review Board for a fixed term effective March 4, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025.
