a) the Mineral Land Reserve (Conditional Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 153/2011, is amended as set out in

section 1 of the attached Appendix;

(

b) the Mineral Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 71/2010, is amended as set out in

section 2 of the attached Appendix.
