Order in Council 1037/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Louise Horton was reappointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term of five years, effective June 8, 2014, by Order in Council O.C. 760/2014;

And

whereas Louise Horton tendered her resignation effective September 10, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 760/2014 be revoked effective September 10, 2018.
