LaScie Municipal Planning Area

under the

Urban and Rural Planning Act

(O.C. 96-173)

Under the authority of

section 11 of the Urban and Rural Planning Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council defines the following area as the LaScie Municipal Planning Area.

PLANNING

AREA

Beginning at a point between Big Cove and Hill Graplin Cove known as

Sleepy Lion Point;

Then in a generally northeasterly direction along the shoreline and passing White Cove, LaScie Harbour, Sleepy Point, Reddits Cove, Duggins Tilt Cove to Cape St. John;

Then in a generally southeasterly direction along the shoreline and passing North Bill, Seal Island Bight,

Cove

to a point known as South Bill;

Then south 53 30' west a distance of 8,800 metres, more or less, to the northwestern end of an unnamed pond;

Then south 67 west a distance of 7,400 metres, more or less;

Then due north a distance of 7,650 metres, more or less, to the point of beginning.

All bearings being referred to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation.
