OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture, Tourism and Heritage dated October 21, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint William DeGrace of Kings County as a member of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property for a term of three (3) years commencing February 6, 2025; (

b) designate Gregory MacNeil of Lunenburg County as Chair and Ron Cahoon of Colchester County as Vice-chair of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property for the remainder of their terms commencing February 6, 2025, and ending on August 7, 2027; and (

c) order that William DeGrace be remunerated at the rate of $75.00 for each meeting and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling duties of the Advisory Council on Heritage Property provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
