Order in Council 1780/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017 and subsection 16(2) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Sharyn Vincent of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and associate chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of six months, effective the later of January 9, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.

Further,

whereas Sharyn Vincent was appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective February 27, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 339/2020;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 339/2020 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
