OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 12, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Walter E. Smith, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 89-1090 dated September 19, 1989; and (
b) appoint Walter E. Smith of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while acting as an Administrative Justice of the Peace and in any event to expire March 31, 2007.
