Order in Council 197/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Michael Surkont of Mississauga, who was appointed by O.C. 1320/2020 as a member of the The Board of Governors, The University of Western Ontario, has resigned his position;

Now therefore , pursuant to paragraph 9 (1) (

c) of the University of Western Ontario Act, 1982 , Order in Council 1320/2020 be revoked.
