OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture dated January 16, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 56 of
Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act , is pleased to approve the designation by the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture of an aquaculture development area for shellfish and marine plant aquaculture, to be known as the Municipality of the District of Argyle Aquaculture Development Area, in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 12, 2024.
