OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated October 7, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act, is pleased to, effective November 3, 2009, appoint Mary Coyle of Antigonish, County of Antigonish and Iain Boyd of Antigonish, County of Antigonish, as members of the St. Francis Xavier University Foundation, each for a term of office of three years.
