Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective January 30, 2018, to designate the Honourable Lena Metlege Diab as Acting Minister in respect of all matters and affairs within the portfolio of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General related to the Clayton Miller matter.
