OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated November 18, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 13 of
Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1992, the Dental Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Provincial Dental Board for a three year term commencing January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2007: Dr. Andrew Stewart of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality; Angela Worsley of Truro, Colchester County; Kore-Lee Cormier of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Dr. Andrew Nette of Wolfville, Kings County; Dr. John Miller of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Dwight Rudderham of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; (
b) appoint Odette d'Eon of West Pubnico, Yarmouth County, as a member of the Provincial Dental Board for a three year term commencing January 1, 2005, and ending December 31, 2007.
