Order in Council 1092/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023

April 1, 2026 is named as the day on which the following provision of the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 , c. 9, which amends the Towing and Storage Safety and Enforcement Act, 2021 , comes into force:

Schedule 36, s. 23.
