Order in Council 466/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portion of highway in the Township of Conmee, in the District of Thunder Bay, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, and shown as

Part 1 and

Part 2 on Reference Plan 55R-13941 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles Division of Thunder Bay, be closed pursuant to subsection 29(2) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act, R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P.50 as amended.
