B.C. Reg. 178/2020 , deposited July 13, 2020, under the GREENHOUSE GAS REDUCTION (RENEWABLE AND LOW CARBON FUEL REQUIREMENTS) ACT [sections 25 and 26]. Order in Council 408/2020, approved and ordered July 13, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Renewable and Low

Carbon Fuel Requirements Regulation, B.C. Reg. 394/2008, is amended as set out in

the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 (

b) of the Renewable and Low Carbon Fuel Requirements Regulation, B.C. Reg. 394/2008,

is amended by striking out " ASTM D6751-15cel " and substituting " ASTM D6751-15ce1 ".

Section 7.2 is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (1) (

a) and substituting the following:

(

a) the

Part 2 fuel supplier supplies in the compliance period not more than the

volume of

Part 2 fuels that is specified in subsection (1.1), and ,

(

b) in subsection (1) (

b) by striking out " and " at the end of subparagraph (

i) and by adding " and " at the end of subparagraph (ii), and

(

c) by adding the following subsection:

(1.1) For the purposes of subsection (1) (

a) and

section 11.022 (1) (a), the volume

Part 2 fuels specified for a compliance period set out in Column 1 of the Table

to this subsection is the volume set out opposite that period in Column 2.

Section 11.022 (1) (

a) is repealed and the following substituted:

Section 11.08 (9) is amended by striking out " subsections (7) and (8) " and substituting " subsection (7) ".

Section 11.11 (5) is amended by striking out " credits including " and substituting " credits, including ".
