OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Municipal Affairs dated February 8, 2017, and pursuant to Sections 4 and 6 of
Chapter 301 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Municipal Finance Corporation Act , is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Robert Thibault, effective March 31, 2017, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation, made by Order in Council 2016-243 dated October 3, 2016; and (
b) appoint George MacDonald of Cape Breton Regional Municipality (Glace Bay) as a member of the Board of Directors of the Nova Scotia Municipal Finance Corporation for a term commencing March 31, 2017 and ending June 30, 2019.
