B.C. Reg. 254/2020 , deposited September 20, 2020, under the PROVINCIAL SALES TAX ACT [section 246]. Order in Council 543/2020, approved and ordered September 20, 2020.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Provincial Sales

Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 96/2013, is amended

(

a) in

section 86 (4) by striking out "section 37 (4) (a)" and substituting "section 37 (4) (

a) or 49 (9.1) (a)", and

(

b) in

section 88 (1) (

t) by striking out "44 (2), 49 (10)" and substituting "44 (2),

49 (9.1), (10)".
