Order in Council 314/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 ,

Joseph Carl Ferencz of Ancaster

be reappointed as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board for a period of three years, effective January 15, 2017 to and including January 14, 2020.
