OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia dated May 28, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia to enter into an agreement with the International Fuel Tax Association, Inc. concerning access to and use of the IFTA, Inc. Clearinghouse, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
