Order in Council 1366/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 589/2019, dated April 11, 2019, Tiziana (Tiz) Silveri was appointed as a member of the City of North Bay Police Services Board;

And

whereas Tiziana (Tiz) Silveri has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 589/2019, dated April 11, 2019, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
