Order in Council 1196/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 716/2015 the Lieutenant Governor in Council reappointed Rosemarie Leclair as a member, and re-designated her as Chair, of the Ontario Energy Board for a fixed term of five years, effective July 1, 2015;

And

whereas Rosemarie Leclair resigned from such position, effective May 1, 2019;

Now therefore pursuant to subsections 4.1(2) and (6) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , Order-in-Council 716/2015 is hereby revoked, effective as of May 1, 2019.
