Order in Council 463/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the City of Hamilton Police Services Board will be continued as a police service board under the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 as of April 1, 2024,

Therefore , pursuant to

section 31 of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019,

Don Robertson of Jerseyville

be appointed as a member of the City of Hamilton Police Service Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years, effective from the later of April 1, 2024 or the date this Order in Council is made.
