OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 12, 2002, and pursuant to subsections 41(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Fuel Safety Regulations made pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 7 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1996, the Fire Prevention Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the appointment of Jim Wilkie of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Fuel Safety Board, considered "necessary for the efficient and effective operation of the Board" for a term of two (2) years commencing November 30, 2002; (

b) approve the appointment of Timothy M. Sullivan of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, to the Fuel Safety Board, as a member who is employed in the natural gas industry, for a term of office of two (2) years commencing November 30, 2002; and (

c) reimburse Jim Wilkie and Timothy M. Sullivan for necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by them in the discharge of their duties in relation to the Fuel Safety Board.
