Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated December 1, 2005, pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) grant an easement containing 7,840 square feet, more or less, situate at or near West Dover, in the County of Halifax, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "B" which schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation; (

b) grant a power line easement to Nova Scotia Power Inc. situate at or near West Dover, in the County of Halifax, and more particularly described in

Schedule "C" as shown crosshatched in red on

Schedule "C" which

schedule is attached to and forms part of the Report and Recommendation; (

c) grant an easement over lands at West Dover to Paul Gerard Joyce of Lower Sackville, in the County of Halifax, in exchange for a release of easement; and (

d) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to make and execute a Grant of Easement in such form as the Minister determines.
