OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 3, 2006, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2000-580 for the issuance of a lease by striking out "for a term of ten (10) years at the annual rent of two hundred and five dollars ($205.00) with the right to renew the lease for a further ten (10) year term" and replacing it with "for a term of twenty (20) years at the annual rent of two hundred and five dollars ($205.00) with the right to renew the lease for a further twenty (20) year term".
