An Act to Amend
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, to Ensure Fairness in Cellular Telephone Contracts, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2012,
An Act to Amend
Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, to Ensure Fairness in Cellular Telephone Contracts, except subsection 25N(4) of the Consumer Protection Act, as enacted by
Section 1 of
Chapter 19, do come into force on and not before May 1, 2013.
