Order in Council 687/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 549/2022 Rajesh Uttamchandani was re-appointed as a member of board of directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation; And

whereas Rajesh Uttamchandani resigned as a member on May 14 2024, Therefore Order in Council O.C. 549/2022 be revoked effective May 14 2024.
