OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment dated November 23, 2011, and pursuant to clause 25(1)(

g) and

Section 91 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Environment Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting contaminated sites, to encourage the effective clean-up of contaminated sites through new regulations and guidance, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after July 6, 2013.
