Statute: Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated February 12, 2002, and pursuant to clause 3(

a) and

Section 4 of

Chapter 192 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Bruce Smith of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a term of office commencing March 15, 2002 and ending March 14, 2005; (

b) reappoint Linda Moreash of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Secretary of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission for a further term of office commencing March 15, 2002 and ending March 14, 2005; and (

c) appoint the following persons as members of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, each for a term of office commencing March 15, 2002 and ending March 14, 2005: Clint Schofield of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; David Covill of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Larry D. Guptill of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
