OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated February 22, 2022, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective March 29, 2022, to authorize the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration entering into a funding agreement with the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, substantially in the form set forth in Appendix “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement.
