Order in Council 1442/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Under subsection 42(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Christine Elizabeth Jahns Malott, Barrister and Solicitor of Tecumseh, Ontario, be appointed a provincial judge, effective December 26, 2018 .
