OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated December 3, 2004, pursuant to
Section 25 of
Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2004, the Agriculture Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that: (
a) Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2004, the Agriculture Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, except Sections 3 to 8, 12 and 17 to 22 thereof come into force on and not before January 21, 2005; (
b) Sections 12 and 17 to 22 of
Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2004, the Agriculture Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, come into force on and not before February 1, 2005; and (
c) Sections 3 to 8 of
Chapter 24 of the Acts of 2004, the Agriculture Administration Amendment
(2004) Act, come into force on and not before April 1, 2005.
