Section 99 of

Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1990, the Children and Family Services Act, is pleased to amend the Children and Family Services Regulations, N.S. Reg. 183/91, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-954 dated August 15, 1991, to synchronize the timing of inspections of child-caring facilities with the inspection cycle of the Fire Marshal in the manner set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 14, 2014.
