OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated July 27, 2000, pursuant to subsection 9(1) of
Chapter 231 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Insurance Act, is pleased to grant approval to the Minister of Business and Consumer Services to enter into an agreement with the Property and Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation, a designated compensation association, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
