Section of the Municipal Assistance Act,

chapter M-19 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after subsection (7) the following: 1 L’article de la

chapitre M-19 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifié par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragraphe (7) : 4(8) The unconditional grant of a municipality for the year is the unconditional grant of the municipality for the year 2008. 4(8) La subvention sans condition d’une municipalité pour l’année est celle qu’elle a reçue pour l’année 2008. 4(9) Despite subsection (8), the unconditional grant of Lac Baker for the year is the sum of the following: 4(9)

Malgré le paragraphe (8), la subvention sans con- dition accordée au Lac Baker pour l’année est la somme de ce qui suit : (

a) the unconditional grant of Lac Baker for the year 2008; and

a) celle qu’elle a reçue pour l’année 2008, plus (b) $8,603. b) 8 603 $. 4(10) Despite subsection (8), the unconditional grant of the Village of Paquetville for the year is the sum of the following: 4(10)

Malgré le paragraphe (8), la subvention sans con- dition accordée au Village de Paquetville pour l’année est la somme de ce qui suit : (

a) the unconditional grant of the Village of Pa- quetville for the year 2008; and

a) celle qu’elle a reçue pour l’année 2008, plus (b) $3,471. b) 3 471 $. 1
