Order in Council 575/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marlene Kesler was reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term effective December 1, 2022 and ending April 27, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1629/2022;

And

whereas Marlene Kesler tendered her resignation effective March 11, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1629/2022 be revoked effective March 11, 2023.
