CHAPTER

An Act to repeal miscellaneous obsolete Public and Private Statutes (Assented to May 18, 2022) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: PART Preliminary Matters

Short title This Act may be cited as The Miscellaneous Statutes Repeal Act, 2022. PART Public Acts Repealed SS 1990-91, c A-14.2 repealed The Agricultural Safety Net Act is repealed. SS 1998, c P-4.1 repealed The Pastures Act is repealed. PART Private Acts Repealed SS 1924, c repealed

An Act to incorporate Additional Municipal Hail, Limited is repealed. SS 1961, c repealed

An Act to incorporate Sisters of St. Martha is repealed.
