CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Assistance Act (Assented to May 19, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Assistance Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. c.S-8,

section amended The following subsection is added after subsection 14(1): “

(1.1) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may, in the regulations, delegate any of the powers set out in clauses (1)(

a) to (
