Order in Council 334/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the provisions of

section 1 (1) of the Crown Attorneys Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C. 49, Franz Otto Michael Schwalm of Buckhorn, Ontario, be appointed a Crown Attorney in and for the Province of Ontario, and that Order in Council numbered O.C.2611/88 and dated November 10, 1988 appointing Frank O. Schwalm as a full-time Assistant Crown Attorney, be revoked.
