OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated, January 21, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an Agreement with the Provinces and Territories of Canada, except Quebec, and Canadian Blood Services respecting the products and services to be provided by Canadian Blood Services, the funding to be provided by the Provinces and Territories of Canada except Quebec, and the accountability relationship between the parties, substantially in the form set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
