OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated July 5, 2005, pursuant to subsection 452(3) of

Chapter 18 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1998, the Municipal Government Act is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations and the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs to enter into an amending agreement amending the Canada-Nova Scotia Infrastructure Program Agreement with the Government of Canada, to include substantially the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement attached in draft form as

Schedule "A" to and forming part of the report and recommendation; (

b) authorize the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations and the Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs to execute the agreement referred to in paragraph (

a) and such other documents or agreements in such form as the Department of Justice may approve as deemed necessary to give effect to this Order.
