Order in Council 1805/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Marlene Kesler of Barrie, reappointed by O.C. 634/2022 dated March 24, 2022 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, has resigned from her appointment on April 27, 2022;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Massage Therapy Act, 1991 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 634/2022 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
